On December 15, 2011, a white male armed with a snub-nosed, blued revolver entered the Home Federal Credit Union, located at 25 Division Street in Eugene, Oregon. The suspect conducted a violent, takeover-style robbery of the bank and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
On January 26, 2012, the same suspect entered the Chase Bank branch located at 12400 Southeast Sunnyside Road in Clackamas, Oregon. During this robbery, the suspect was armed with two handguns: a snub-nosed, blued revolver and a large silver revolver. The suspect again conducted a violent, takeover-style robbery and fled the area with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5’08” – 6’’00” tall, with a medium to heavy build, wearing blue coverall type pants, a blue coat, black mask, and black gloves.
The Oregon Financial Institutions Security Taskforce (FIST) is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction the suspect. The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in locating the person or persons responsible for a series of car vandalisms in Southwest Portland.
On Friday February 3, 2012, officers from the Portland Police Bureau’s Central Precinct and the Telephone Report Unit took dozens of reports of vandalisms to vehicles in Southwest Portland.
Estimates are that sometime in the darkness between February 2nd and February 3rd, a person or persons used some sort of projectile to break windows on 30 to 50 cars in the neighborhood around the Southwest 6th and Terwilliger area and at least another 10 cars in the neighborhood around Southwest 45th and Vermont.
The Lake Oswego Police Department is also investigating similar crimes where nearly 50 cars had their windows broken overnight.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in locating a wanted felon. Crime Stoppers originally asked for the public’s help on this case in March 2010.
43-year-old Paul Evans Winklebleck is wanted on felony warrants for kidnapping, criminal impersonation, assault, attempted rape and robbery. He is also wanted for child sex abuse and failing to register as a child sex offender.
On Thursday, March 4, 2010, at approximately 11:45 p.m., two women left the Roseland Theatre in Downtown Portland when they were approached by Winklebleck who fabricated a story informing the them that he was working for the Portland Police Bureau as a spotter and was willing to assist them in getting home because they might be intoxicated.
Believing his story, the two women agreed to let Winklebleck drive them home in their car because he said he worked for the police and it was his job to get them home. Once in their car Winklebleck displayed a knife, drove south on I-5 and took the Detroit Lake exit, stopping on a gravel road off the freeway. Once stopped the women were able to escape Winklebleck and run to a near by home where a resident called 9-1-1. Winklebleck fled the area and remains at large.
Winklebleck is a white male, approximately 5'11" tall, and has a stocky build. He has reddish brown hair that is short and thick and also a thick goatee and mustache. He was last seen wearing a camouflage or hunting type of shirt or jacket and a matching hat. He also has a tattoo on his upper back “Combative for God.”

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is seeking the assistance of the public to solve a home invasion robbery.
On December 19, 2011, at 3:05 a.m., Portland Police officers assigned to East Precinct responded to the report of a disturbance with a gun at an apartment located in the 2200 block of Southeast 66th Avenue. As officers were still enroute, they received information that the suspects entered an apartment and stole the victim's property at gunpoint then fled the apartment on foot.
Officers arrived in the area and contacted the victims at their apartment. Officers learned that three suspects entered the apartment, one armed with a shotgun, and took several items of property. The three suspects, all described as black males with masks covering their faces, then fled the apartment on foot.
The victims' apartment is located on the Warner Pacific College campus and none of the 4 victims that were inside the apartment were injured.

The suspect showed the clerk a handgun tucked into his waistband as he told the clerk to give him all the money. After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the store on foot. A neighborhood search with a police K-9 unit did not locate the suspect.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s, 5’10”, 170 pounds, brown hair, wearing a blue and white flannel shirt, blue jeans, a dark bandana over the lower half of his face, a dark bicycle or skateboard helmet, armed with a silver handgun.

The suspects in this case have cashed multiple, fraudulent payroll checks at various bank branches in the Portland and Vancouver area in the month of December. The suspects are creating fraudulent payroll checks from various businesses.

On November 25, 2011, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office began a homicide investigation after someone discovered the body of 50-year-old Dana Michelle Crippen on the I-205 bike path at Southeast Johnson Creek Boulevard. Investigators were able to determine that Dana was killed sometime between November 24 and November 25.
The Oregon State Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined that Dana died of homicidal violence.
Investigators are asking for information from anyone who knows the person or persons whom committed the murder or saw Dana in the hours before her death or who knows people that Dana was associating with at the time of her death.

On October 10, 2011, at approximately 9:20 p.m., 23-year-old Brandon Rogers was in the area of Northeast 102nd Avenue and Burnside Street when he and a friend got into an altercation with two men, both of whom were black males in their late teens to early 20s. One of the men pointed a handgun at Rogers and shot him one time in the stomach. The location of the shooting was on Northeast 102nd Avenue, just North of East Burnside Street, on the west sidewalk. The victim spent nearly a month in the hospital suffering from life-threatening injuries but has since recovered.
The suspect in the shooting is described as a black male in his late teens or early 20s, having shoulder length tight braids.

On Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at approximately 3:00 p.m., Portland Police uniform officers were called to the 4100 block of Southwest Hamilton. Upon arrival, the officers found Nancy Bergeson deceased in her home. The officers notified the Medical Examiner's Office and one of their representatives responded to the scene.
The medical examiner at the scene initially determined that Ms. Bergeson died as a result of natural causes. Ms. Bergeson was removed from her home and was transported to the Medical Examiner's Office. While performing the autopsy on Ms. Bergeson, the medical examiner determined that Ms. Bergeson actually died as a result of homicidal violence.

On Monday October 24, 2011, at 1:26 p.m., Portland Police officers assigned to North Precinct responded to the report of an armed robbery at Jasmine’s Deli, located at 9320 North Whitaker Road. Arriving officers discovered that the deli clerk had been stabbed in the leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers learned that a white male entered the deli, looked around then walked back outside. As soon as the white male exited the deli, a male Hispanic dressed in dark clothes walked into the deli and demanded money from the clerk. The Hispanic suspect then stabbed the clerk in the leg and left the store. The stabbing suspect got into a gold Toyota Corolla, driven by the white male suspect, and both fled the area. The suspect vehicle has been recovered by police.

On August 14, 2011, at 6:10 p.m., Portland Police officers assigned to East Precinct responded to the report of a robbery at Southeast 51st and Foster Boulevard.
Officers arrived in the area and learned that the victim, 21-year-old Seonyung Noh of Southeast Portland, was riding a TriMet bus when a suspect grabbed onto her purse and pulled the victim and the purse out of the bus at Southeast 52nd and Foster Road.
Noh was seated on the bus near the back exit door when the suspect grabbed onto her purse, which was wrapped around her arm, and the suspect pulled her and the purse out the back exit door onto the street, dragging her on the ground for a few seconds. The suspect was then able to get the purse away from the victim. A witness then struggled with the suspect and the suspect threw the purse over a fence and ran away. The witness then retrieved the purse for the victim. The only thing missing was the victim’s ear phones.
The suspect is described as a white male, unknown age, 6’00” tall, 150 pounds, blonde hair, wearing a purple shirt and a “KBS” tattoo on his left hand. The suspect was accompanied by a white female, 5’00” tall, 100 pounds, with blond hair, wearing a purple shirt and sunglasses.

On Sunday June 26, 2011 at 12:37 a.m., Portland Police officers assigned to North Precinct responded to reports of a man shot at Northeast 82nd Avenue and Thompson Street. Officers arriving in the area located 34-year-old Leonard James "LJ" Irving deceased as a result of a gunshot wound. Officers located a second man, 21-year-old Lamar Lovette Hill, suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck.A third man, 21-year-old Jeray Lashawn Jessie, walked into an area hospital sometime later with a gunshot wound to the forearm.
Detectives determined that there was some sort of disturbance that resulted in gunfire.
An autopsy performed by the Oregon State Medical Examiner determined that Irving died of multiple gunshot wounds.
Homicide detectives are asking for the public's help in this investigation.

The Clark County (WA) Sheriff’s Office, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for the public’s help in solving a homicide in Clark County, Washington.
On Monday, September 5, 2011, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Clark County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the parking lot of Riverview Bank, located at 1220 Northeast 88th Street, for a death investigation. The deceased was identified as 61-year-old David Michael Gates of Vancouver, Washington. The cause of death has been determined to be a homicide.
There is little information known or available to the Sheriff's Office about Gates other than he is transient and that he frequents the Hazel Dell area of Clark County and regularly visits the local Hazel Dell businesses.
The Clark County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit is asking assistance from anyone having information as to Gates' whereabouts on Sunday September 4th and Monday September 5th as well as any assistance on Gates' associates.

On September 11, 2011, a Portland Police officer assigned to North Precinct responded to the report of a car prowl at 5115 North Greeley Avenue, in the Kaiser Permanente parking lot. The theft occurred sometime between 3:30 p.m. on the 10th and 3:30 a.m. on the 11th.
The victim reported that her vehicle had been broken into and a Phaff sewing machine, valued at more than $2,000, had been stolen. The suspect broke both passenger side windows and the rear window during the theft.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, 5’09”, 165 pounds, with a bald head, wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts.
Investigators from the Portland Police Bureau believe that the suspect may be responsible for additional neighborhood car prowls and are asking for the public’s help identifying him.

On September 16, 2011, at 5:50 p.m., a man walked into the U.S. Bank branch, located at 636 Southeast Grand Avenue, and demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, the man left the bank and left behind an item that he’d claimed was a bomb. The Metro Explosives Disposal Unit responded and determined that the item was not an explosive device.
On September 22, 2011, at 11:35 a.m., investigators believe the same man walked into the West Coast Bank Branch, located at 1234 Southeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, and again demanded money using a note saying he had a bomb. No suspicious device was left at the bank after the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5’08” tall, and 190 pounds.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for the public’s help in solving a stabbing in Southeast Portland.
On September 2, 2011, at approximately 12:07 a.m., 52-year-old Donald Ceglar parked his car near the intersection of Southeast 81st Avenue and Stark Street to go to a local tavern. While rummaging through his trunk, two young females walked by and one of them stabbed Mr. Ceglar in the back. Mr. Ceglar was transported to an area hospital where he underwent surgery for non-life-threatening injuries.
The two suspects are described as white or Hispanic females in their late teens to early twenties. Both are approximately 5’05 – 5’07” tall, medium builds, and long, darker hair worn in ponytails.
Both suspects were last seen running northbound on Northeast 81st Avenue.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for the public’s help in solving a homicide in Northeast Portland.
On Sunday April 10, 2011, at approximately 1:11 a.m., Portland Police officers responded to the area of Northeast 86th and Sacramento on the report of shots fired from a vehicle. Numerous calls to 9-1-1 reported multiple gunshots and vehicles speeding out of the area.
Officers arrived and located a deceased 19-year-old male later identified as Mario Alexander Marin of Gresham. Several area houses also sustained damage from gunfire.
Detectives determined that just prior to the shooting, the victim and a friend were in the area of Seeznin’s Bar, located a few blocks away at Northeast 82nd and Tillamook Street, at about the time when a large group of males were denied entry to the bar.
At the scene where the victim was found, detectives found evidence of a “significant shootout” and believe that up to three vehicles, loaded with people, may have been in the area at the time of the shooting.
Detectives are interested in hearing from anyone with information about this shooting, including the names of people who may be witnesses to the shooting.

The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for the public’s help in solving a theft in Molalla, Oregon.
On August 6, 2011, between 11:30 p.m. and 4 a.m. the following morning, approximately $10,000 in wedding gifts were stolen from Hank and Annie Elliot’s wedding reception at the Coleman Ranch (15151 S Feyrer Park Road, south of Molalla, Oregon).
Guests had delivered wrapped wedding gifts and gift cards to the newlyweds. The gifts were displayed on a table in the reception area during the celebration. Mrs. Elliot reported she last saw the gifts in place at 11:30 p.m. that evening.
The couple camped at the location that night with friends and family. By 4 a.m., it was discovered that the gifts had vanished.
The gift cards were collected in a white birdcage that was about 2 feet tall and 1 foot in diameter. The cage had a round top and four short legs. The remaining gifts varied in size and gift-wrapping. The wedding party estimates there were at least 10 wrapped gifts.
The total value of lost gifts and property is estimated at $7,000 to $10,000.
Guests who gave gifts are urged to contact the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office with any serial numbers, gift card identification numbers, and gift descriptions they can provide to aid the investigation.

On Sunday August 7, 2011, at 11:05 a.m., a man walked up to the serving window at Starbucks, located at 1503 Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, and demanded money from the employee. The suspect had his left hand behind his back as he made the demand for money, causing the employee to fear that the suspect was armed.
After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money the suspect fled on foot westbound out of the area. Police officers and a K-9 unit searched the neighborhood but did not locate the suspect.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, 5’07”, 150 pounds, blue eyes, unknown hair color, and wearing a light blue dirty hoody, a green knitted scarf, and oversize cargo shorts.

On Saturday July 30 at 8:25 a.m., Portland Police officers from East Precinct responded to the UC Market, located at 12540 Southeast Division Street, on the report of an armed robbery.
Officers spoke with the victim and learned that the suspect approached the employee at the counter and pulled out a large kitchen knife. The suspect lunged over the counter towards the victim then reached into the open cash register and removed an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the store on foot.
The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male, approximately 19 years old, 5’09”, medium build, wearing a red zip-up hoody, a white t-shirt, black/red/white plaid shorts, and black tennis shoes.

On Sunday August 15, 2010, at approximately 3:54 a.m., Portland Police officers assigned to East Precinct responded to the report of a man down on the sidewalk in the 5600 block of Southeast 84th Avenue. Officers arrived and found 39-year-old Jason Troy Doering suffering from an apparent head injury. Medical personnel transported him to an area hospital where he later died. An autopsy performed by the Oregon State Medical Examiner determined that Doering died of blunt force trauma to the head.
Portland Police Homicide Detectives are seeking any information about Doering’s activities in the area where he was found. Detectives would also like any information about any associates that may have been with him that night or possible witnesses in the area.

The suspect is described as a light-complected black male or Pacific Islander, 25-30 years old, 5’06” to 5’08” tall, stocky build, 180 – 200 pounds, large freckles on his face, scruffy beard, and jagged front teeth.

On September 8, 2009, at 4:02 p.m., Portland Police officers from North Precinct were dispatched to 6956 North Fessenden Street, Apartment #5, on a welfare check of 50-year-old Jeanine Michelle Toth. Jeanine was supposed to attend a Labor Day family barbecue but when she didn’t make it, her family and friends became concerned and called police.
Officers arrived at the apartment and found Jeanine’s body inside. Homicide detectives responded and immediately began an investigation into Jeanine’s death. The Oregon State Medical Examiner determined that Jeanine died of multiple stab wounds.
At this point in the investigation, Homicide detectives do not have any information on who may have been involved in Jeanine’s death but do not believe her death is related to any other cases.

On Sunday May 22, 2011 at approximately 8:30 p.m., 23-year-old Brad Forkner and 25-year-old Christopher Rosevear were attacked by several suspects as they walked from the Hawthorne Bridge on the trail to the Eastbank Esplanade.
Forkner and Rosevear were walking and holding hands in Waterfront Park. As they walked, they heard several men behind them talking, laughing and pointing but they were not sure it was directed at them.
The victims crossed the Hawthorne Bridge onto the trail toward the Eastbank Esplanade. As they walked onto the Esplanade, Brad Forkner was pushed and punched by several subjects. He was able to break away to call 9-1-1 as the suspects continued to assault Christopher Rosevear. The suspects were last seen running away southbound on the Eastbank Esplanade.
The suspects are described as male, white, in their 20s and all about 5'11" inches tall, with short, dark hair. One was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, another was wearing a white or cream hooded sweatshirt and a third was wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt. The victim believes that the suspects were speaking in an Eastern European language.

Investigators believe that “The Civil War Bandit” is responsible for three Portland-area bank robberies. In each of the three robberies, the suspect has presented a demand note and has left the area on foot after obtaining an undisclosed amount of money.
On March 11, 2011, the suspect robbed the Chase Bank branch located at 19200 Southwest Martinazzi Avenue in Tualatin.
On April 14, 2011, the suspect robbed the Wells Fargo Bank branch located at 4515 Southeast Woodstock Boulevard.
On May 11, 2011, the suspect robbed the Chase Bank branch located at 1839 Molalla Avenue in Oregon City.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late 40s or early 50s, 5’10” tall, thin build and an acne-scarred face. The suspect may also be wearing a fake mustache.
The suspect has been nicknamed “The Civil War Bandit” because in one of the robberies, he is wearing a University of Oregon Ducks t-shirt and an Oregon State University baseball cap. The athletic rivalry between the two schools is known as “The Civil War.”
The Oregon Financial Institutions Security Taskforce (FIST) is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction the suspect. FIST is a cooperative effort made up of representatives from banks, savings and loans, and credit unions, as well as representatives from local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. The suspect was armed with a knife as he demanded money from the clerk at Plaid Pantry. The clerk was not injured and the suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late 40s, 5’10”, 190 lbs., with gray hair, facial stubble, wearing a green vest over a black shirt and blue jeans.

On Tuesday May 10, 2011, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Portland Police officers from North Precinct responded to Cigarettes Plus, located at 2224 North Lombard Street, after reports that a woman had been shot.
Arriving officers found 43-year-old Debra Ross suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was taken to an area hospital where she underwent surgery for life-threatening injuries. Officers determined that the shooting suspect demanded money from the victim and that the shooter was accompanied by a second suspect.
Witnesses describe the shooter as a 19 to 21-year-old black male, 5'7” tall, weighing 180-200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket and a dark stocking cap.
Witnesses describe the second suspect as a 19 to 21-year-old black male, 5'11” tall, thin build, with a “baby face.”
Both suspects fled the location on foot and were believed to have fled the area in a newer, black, “sporty-type” sedan that appeared to be fairly well maintained.

On March 3, 2011 at approximately 10:21 p.m., Portland Police responded to the report of an armed robbery at the Plaid Pantry store, located at 4516 Southwest Vermont Street.
Officers arrived in the area and learned that the suspect fled the store on foot after obtaining an undisclosed sum of money from the clerk.
The suspect entered the store and pulled a black handgun from the front of his waistband, pointed it at two employees and demanded money.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-20s, 5’11”, 175 lbs., blond hair, blue eyes, wearing a black Carhartt-type jacket, blue sweatshirt, black shoes, and a white cloth over his face. The suspect also has tattoos of small crosses on his right hand.

On January 12, 2011, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the suspects robbed Cooper’s Coffee at 6049 Southeast Stark Street.
On January 23, 2011, at approximately 9:30 p.m, the suspects robbed a patron at the Checkered Flag, located at 7483 Southeast 82nd Avenue.
On February 1, 2011, at approximately 7:17 p.m., the suspects robbed Rose City Tobacco and Pipes, located at 729 Southeast Morrison Street.
On February 2, 2011, at approximately 9:08 p.m., the suspects robbed Ed’s Deli, located at 3534 Southeast 52nd Avenue.
On February 6, 2011, at approximately 8:20 p.m., the suspects robbed Dominos Pizza, located at 453 Northeast 70th Avenue.
On March 2, 2011, at approximately 10:36 p.m., the suspects robbed Ed’s Deli a second time.
On March 28, 2011, at approximately 12:45 a.m., the suspects robbed the Shamrock Tavern, located at 4919 Southeast 82nd Avenue.
In many of the robberies, the suspects are armed with black handguns. The suspects are described as two black males: # 1 is approximately 5’8”, 170 lbs., and #2 is approximately 5’10”, 200 lbs.
Possible suspect vehicles include a late 1980s silver Toyota 4-door and/or a dark blue 1990s two door, possibly a Dodge Neon.

The Oregon State Police, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in identifying a suspect that drove off after hitting and killing a man riding his bike on Highway 211.
On March 22, 2011 at approximately 3:30 p.m., 67-year-old Thomas Christopher Mossman of Molalla, was critically injured when he was struck while riding his bicycle westbound along Highway 211 just west of South Palmer Road near milepost 10.
Mossman was transported by LifeFlight to Oregon Health Sciences University with critical injuries where he was being treated until he died March 31 at approximately 11:15 a.m.
Evidence at the scene indicates the vehicle is a silver-gray mid-90’s Dodge Caravan. The vehicle should have right front headlight damage, is missing the passenger side mirror, and may have missing right side door molding. After striking the bicycle rider, the vehicle reportedly continued driving westbound.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in identifying a suspect that drove off without paying for gas and injuring the gas station attendant.
On Tuesday March 22, 2011, at approximately 8:49 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to the area of Southeast 164th Avenue and Lafayette Street on the report of a person thrown from a vehicle. Officers arrived in the area and found 39-year-old Philem Botros of Southeast Portland down in the street suffering from serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives have learned that the victim was working at the Shell Gas Station, located at 16331 Southeast Powell Boulevard, attending to the suspect vehicle that was getting gas. The victim told the driver that he needed to go inside to pay for the gas but the driver started the car as the victim was holding onto the driver’s door, and the suspect vehicle began moving at a high rate of speed with the victim holding on to the door. The vehicle was last seen travelling northbound on Southeast 164th Avenue from Lafayette Street.
The suspect vehicle is described as a silver or gray newer body style SUV, possibly a Ford Explorer or Expedition.
The driver is described as a white male in his 30s. A white female was in the front passenger seat.

On Sunday March 6, 2011, at approximately 12:33 a.m., the suspect walked in to the Plaid Pantry store located at 6010 Northeast Halsey Street but fled the store because the employee recognized him from the March 4 robbery.
On Sunday March 6, 2011 at approximately 3:03 a.m., the suspect walked into the Plaid Pantry store located at 16226 Southeast Division Street and demanded money.

On Saturday, February 12, 2011, at approximately 5:50 p.m., two white male suspects robbed a female outside the U.S. Bank, located at 7300 Southwest Terwilliger Boulevard. One suspect was armed with a handgun. After obtaining an undisclosed sum of money from the victim, the suspects fled on foot towards a white mid-80s car (possibly a Honda civic or Accord, unknown plate).
The suspect armed with the handgun is described as a clean cut white male in his late 20s, 5’8”, thin build, 160 lbs., with dirty blonde hair.
The second suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s, 5’8”, 150 lbs., with dark hair.

On January 21, 2011, at approximately 12:40 p.m., a high school age female was sexually assaulted in the 1000 block of Southeast 135th Avenue, near David Douglas High School. The victim was forced into a vehicle by an unknown male suspect who then sexually assaulted her.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 19-21 years old, with a thin muscular build, and short dark hair.
The suspect vehicle is a newer black 4-door car with tinted windows.
At this point, detectives do not have any additional cases or victims.

On Sunday December 12, 2010, at approximatley 8:21 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to the Dutch Brothers Coffee, located at 13640 Southeast Division Street, on the report of an armed robbery.
Officers learned that the suspect walked up and knocked on the window and as the clerk opened the window, the suspect pulled on a ski mask, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money. The clerk gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money and the suspect then fled the area on foot.
Officers and a K-9 unit searched the area but did not locate the armed suspect.
The suspect is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, 5’5” to 5’9”, thin build, dark green or brown eyes, scruffy facial hair, and thick eye brows.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving a violent assault that occurred in Southeast Portland.
On Tuesday January 18, 2011, at approximately 6:24 a.m.., Portland Police officers responded to a residence located in the 8900 block of Southeast Woodstock Boulevard on the report of a violent assault. Officers arrived and learned that two suspects broke into the residence and that one of the suspects was beating a 15-year-old girl with a baseball bat. The girl’s father tried to stop the assault but suffered a broken left arm and a seriously injured left ear in the struggle. A third person suffered injuries as she struggled to get the bat away from the suspect. The 15-year-old girl suffered non-life-threatening injuries during the attack.
The suspects fled the apartment on foot, leaving the baseball bat behind.
The suspect that used the bat is described as a heavy set male Hispanic wearing dark clothing. The second suspect is described as a thinner, taller white male.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving a fatal hit and run to a pedestrian in Southeast Portland.
On Tuesday January 4, 2011, at approximatley 11:51 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to Southeast 126th and Division Street on the report of a pedestrian lying in the street after being struck by a passing car. Witnesses reported that the vehicle did not stop after hitting the pedestrian and continued westbound on Southeast Division.
Officers and medical personnel arrived and determined that the pedestrian, 38-year-old Rance Lee Lamb of Southeast Portland, was deceased.
Based on witness statements and evidence recovered at the scene, officers believe the suspect vehicle to be a black 1991-1999 Mercedes S-Class. Investigators believe that the vehicle may have damage to the right front headlight area and hood.

On December 28, 2011, at 12:10 a.m., a man armed with a handgun walked into the Plaid Pantry store located at 4030 Southeast 39th Avenue and demanded money from the clerk.
The suspect showed the clerk a handgun tucked into his waistband as he told the clerk to give him all the money. After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the store on foot. A neighborhood search with a police K-9 unit did not locate the suspect.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s, 5’10”, 170 pounds, brown hair, wearing a blue and white flannel shirt, blue jeans, a dark bandana over the lower half of his face, a dark bicycle or skateboard helmet, armed with a silver handgun.

Paul Evans Winklebleck, 42 is wanted on felony warrants for kidnapping, criminal impersonation, assault, attempted rape and robbery. He is also wanted for child sex abuse and failing to register as a child sex offender.
On Thursday, March 4, 2010, at approximately 11:45 p.m., two women left the Roseland Theatre in downtown Portland when they were approached by Winklebleck who fabricated a story informing the them that he was working for the Portland Police Bureau as a spotter and was willing to assist them in getting home because they might be intoxicated.
Believing his story, the two women agreed to let Winklebleck drive them home in their car because he said he worked for the police and it was his job to get them home. Once in their car Winklebleck displayed a knife, drove south on I-5 and took the Detroit Lake exit, stopping on a gravel road off the freeway. Once stopped the women were able to escape Winklebleck and run to a near by home where a resident called 9-1-1. Winklebleck fled the area and remains at large.
Winklebleck is a white male, approximately 5'11" tall, and has a stocky build. He has reddish brown hair that is short and thick and also a thick goatee and mustache. He was last seen wearing a camouflage or hunting type of shirt or jacket and a matching hat. He also has a tattoo on his upper back “Combative for God” and may be driving a dark green GMC Sonoma pickup, Oregon license plate 289EPF.
The Vancouver Police Department, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving a robbery in Vancouver, Washington.
On September 20, 2010 at approximately 3:45 p.m., the suspect entered the Shell gas station located at 7204 Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard in Vancouver and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect reached across the counter and grabbed money out of the till as the clerk attempted to stop him.
With an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect then fled the scene eastbound on Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard on a dark-colored sport-type motorcycle. The suspect did put on a dark-colored helmet prior to his escape.
Suspect is described as a white male, mid-20’s, brown hair, 6’00”-6’03”, medium build, short hair, scruffy facial hair, wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans.

Just after midnight on Monday November 1, 2010, a man was assaulted near the pedestrian overpass located at Southeast 16th Avenue and Brooklyn Street. The victim was severely beaten and sustained serious head and abdominal injuries and was left unconscious on the train tracks just below the overpass.
After an interview with the victim, detectives believe that the assault was likely due to the suspect’s perception of the sexual orientation of the victim.
The suspect is described as a white male in his early to late 20s. He is approximately 6'1” in height with a muscular build. He had short blonde hair and a light beard. He also had a light complexion and his face was freckled. The suspect was riding a bicycle and was accompanied by another male also on a bicycle.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving a 2009 homicide.
On Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at approximately 3:00 p.m., Portland Police uniform officers were called to the 4100 block of Southwest Hamilton. Upon arrival, the officers found Nancy Bergeson deceased in her home. The officers notified the Medical Examiner's Office and one of their representatives responded to the scene.
The medical examiner at the scene initially determined that Ms. Bergeson died as a result of natural causes. Ms. Bergeson was removed from her home and was transported to the Medical Examiner's Office. While performing the autopsy on Ms. Bergeson, the medical examiner determined that Ms. Bergeson actually died as a result of homicidal violence.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving a homicide that occurred on October 21, 2010 at Southwest 1st Avenue and Sheridan Street.
On Thursday October 21, 2010, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Portland Police officers responded to a bus shelter at Southwest 1st and Sheridan to assist medical personnel with a deceased male. Officers arrived and found 50-year-old Donald Ray Polk dead of apparent stab wounds. Homicide detectives were called to the scene to begin an investigation into how Polk died.
Detectives are asking for the public's help in this investigation. “Pokey”, as he was known to his friends, is believed to have been homeless at the time of his death and detectives do not know where he might have been regularly staying. Detectives would like to hear from anyone who saw Polk, knows where was staying or anyone with information about any disturbances in the area of Southwest 1st and Sheridan between Wednesday evening October 20 and Thursday morning October 21, 2010. Detectives have learned that Polk was last seen alive at approximately midnight at the 7-11 store at Southwest 1st and Arthur.

On Monday September 20, 2010, at approximately 4:22 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to a residence in the 2800 Block of Southeast 153rd Avenue on the report of a hit and run accident involving a female in a wheelchair. Officers contacted 62-year-old Melinda Barnett at her residence where they learned that Ms. Barnett was on her way home from a coffee shop at Southeast 162nd Avenue and Division Street when she was struck by a dark-colored older car pulling out of a driveway. The vehicle then left the area without contacting Ms. Barnett.
Ms. Barnett was in her electric wheelchair traveling westbound on the south side of Southeast Division Street in the bike lane. Ms. Barnett saw a vehicle pulling out of the driveway to the Tall Firs Mobile Home and RV Park at 15656 Southeast Division Street when she was struck. Ms. Barnett told police that the driver told her that he would follow her home but after she passed by, the driver turned westbound on Division and continued past Ms. Barnett.
Although Ms. Barnett was not knocked out of her wheelchair, she suffered serious injuries to both of her legs, including a broken right leg.
The suspect vehicle is described as a dark-colored older American-made sedan driven by a 45-year-old white mal with medium length dark hair and possibly wearing glasses.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving a homicide that occurred at Northwest 2nd and Couch on September 26, 2010.
On Sunday September 26, 2010 at approximately 2:06 a.m., 19-year-old Andre Dupree Payton of North Portland was shot and killed in Downtown Portland, in the intersection of Northwest 2nd Avenue and Couch Street.
Police officers in the area heard gunfire and ran to the intersection where they found Payton suffering from a gunshot wound. Medical personnel transported Payton to OHSU where he was pronounced dead. More than a dozen gunshots were fired and officers on scene estimated that 100-200 people were near the intersection when the shooting occurred.
Detectives have spoken to more than a dozen witnesses but believe many more people have information that could lead them to making an arrest in this brazen homicide.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving a violent assault that occurred on a MAX train in June 2010.
On Tuesday June 6, 2010 at approximately 5:17 p.m., a passenger on a MAX train bound for the Portland International Airport violently assaulted another passenger.
The victim was seated on the train looking out the window when the suspect began punching the victim in the head, knocking him to the floor where he continued to punch then kick the victim. The assault was so violent that the window behind the victim’s head was shattered. Witnesses described the assault as completely unprovoked. The victim was transported by ambulance to an area hospital with numerous bumps and cuts on his face but did not suffer any broken bones or long-term damage. The suspect fled the scene on foot at the Parkrose Transit Station at Northeast 99th and Sandy Boulevard.
The attack occurred between the Gateway Transit Station and the Parkrose Transit Station.
The suspect is described as a male black in his 20’s, five foot eight inches tall, 170 pounds, with short natural hair, a medium complexion, and a scruffy face. At the time of the assault the suspect was wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and light-colored tennis shoes.

On Tuesday May 25, 2010 at approximately 7:00 p.m., a suspect armed with a handgun demanded money from an employee at the Ace Check Cashing Express, located at 11902 Southeast Stark Street.
As the victim was closing the business for the night, the gunman approached from the street and forced the victim back inside the business demanding money. A second suspect entered the business and assisted with the robbery then forced the victim to lie on the floor as both suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect with the gun is described as a 30-year-old black male, medium build, wearing thick eye glasses.
The second suspect is described as a 25-year-old black male, 6’1 – 6’2” tall with a thin build.
On Friday July 23, 2010 at approximately 8:30 a.m., a suspect approached an employee as she was opening the Ace Cash Express store located at 16502 Southeast Division Street and forced her inside the business demanding money. The gunman hit the victim over the head with a handgun but fled the scene without getting any money.
The suspect was described as a black male in his late 20’s, 5’9”, 160 pounds, short hair and wearing glasses and may be associated to an unknown year red Nissan Pathfinder SUV.

At approximately 8:17 p.m. on Friday July 23, 2010, a suspect brandishing a black semi-automatic handgun walked into Space Age Fuel, located at Northeast 162nd and Glisan, and demanded money from the clerk.
The suspect began hitting the clerk multiple times with the handgun and then fled out the door and was last seen running northbound on 162nd Avenue. The handgun turned out to be a pellet gun.
The suspect is a black male, approximately 35 years old, 5 foot 9 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, last seen wearing a gray knit cap with an unknown red logo on the front, a white or gray short sleeve t-shirt, dark pants, and black and white shoes.

The suspect fled the area on foot.
The suspect is a white male in his 20's, tall with a thin to medium build. At the time of the robberies, he was wearing a San Francisco Giants jacket over a green hooded sweatshirt, plaid shorts and black canvas shoes.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving a series of suspected gang shootings in which three people have been shot.
The first shooting occurred on Tuesday August 17, at 11:21 p.m. at North Albina and Killingsworth. Multiple gunshots were heard and officers arrived to find a Tri Met bus kiosk damaged. No victims or witnesses were located by police.
The second shooting occurred on Wednesday August 18, at 12:00 a.m. in the 4500 Block of Northeast 119th Avenue. Officers arrived and located an occupied apartment that had been hit with several gunshots. Nobody was hurt in the shooting.
The third shooting occurred on Wednesday August 18, at 12:05 a.m. in the 4000 Block of Northeast 135th Avenue. Callers to 9-1-1 reported hearing multiple gunshots and officers arrived to find bullet holes into a residence. Nobody was injured as a result of the shooting.
The fourth shooting occurred on Wednesday August 18, at 12:31 a.m. at North Albina and Stafford Street. Officers arrived to find two gunshot victims. Both victims were transported to area hospitals. 25-year-old Demarcus Laray Carney of North Portland remains in critical condition. 34-year-old Karl Casey Colbert of North Portland remains in stable condition.
The fifth shooting occurred on Wednesday August 18, at 12:39 a.m. in the 1800 Block of Northeast Alberta Street. Officers did not locate any victims or property damage.
The sixth shooting occurred on Wednesday August 18, at 12:39 a.m. in the 2400 Block of Southeast 139th Avenue. Officers arrived to find an occupied residence with multiple bullet holes. Nobody inside the residence was injured in this shooting.
The seventh shooting occurred on Wednesday August 18, at 12:56 a.m. in the 12700 Block of Southeast Main Street. Officers arrived to find an occupied residence with multiple bullet holes. Nobody inside the residence was injured in this shooting.
The eighth shooting occurred on Wednesday August 18, at 3:00 p.m. in the 1600 block of Northeast Killingsworth. Officers arrived to find that a vacant building had been shot at causing property damage. No one was injured in this shooting.
The ninth shooting occurred on Friday August 20, at 1:00 a.m., in the 1500 block of North Skidmore Street. Officers responded to the area and found a crime scene near North Skidmore Street and North Maryland Avenue. After talking with witnesses, officers learned a victim and several other persons had already left the area by private car to an area hospital. 39-year-old Furnell Osbin of Southeast Portland suffered a serious but non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the face.
At this time, Portland Police Gang Detectives are investigating each of the shootings to determine if they are related. Detectives are asking for additional witnesses to come forward with any information they might have about this unusual rash of shootings.

On Tuesday, August 3, 2010, the victim missed his 4:00 p.m. work shift at a bowling alley in Wilsonville. Later that evening, a co-worker found the victim injured and on the floor of his Wilsonville residence. The victim was transported to a local hospital where doctors determined that he had been shot in the head.
Three days later, the victim was able to tell detectives that he had come home and found an unknown male subject inside the residence. The suspect demanded food and money, and then shot the victim in the head.
The suspect is described as an adult white male, 35 to 40 years old, approximately 5’10” tall.
Detectives believe that the suspect fled the scene in the victim’s Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, which was later recovered by police in the Molalla area. The victim’s identification was also recovered in Molalla in a recycling container.

Jay Hyun Joon Kim Meier (DOB 8/5/81) is a suspect in multiple residential burglaries where guns were taken and subsequently pawned. Meier has recently been known to use TriMet for transportation, and is known to travel between Portland and Eugene.
Meier has warrants on file for Aggravated Theft 1, Theft 1, and Identity Theft. He is described as being an Asian male, 5’11”, 155 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, and has a mole on his chin below his lower lip.

On May 30, 2010, at about 1:30 a.m., two suspects approached a group of individuals at W. Burnside and 10th Ave. The suspects targeted two men in the group and started yelling names and profanities based on their sexual orientation. A fight ensued, and the two suspects fled on foot. The victims suffered bruises, but did not require hospitalization.
The two suspects are both described as being white males with dark hair, between 5’9” and 6’, in their late teens or early 20s, and one of them was wearing a white canvas jacket.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in locating a suspect wanted for sexual assault charges.
On Thursday, May 13, 2010, a warrant was issued for Ismael Recinos-Velasquez (DOB: 8-4-79) also known as Jose Perez-Perez (driver’s license DOB: 4-12-74), on charges stemming from the sexual abuse of two young girls. Sheriff’s Detectives first learned of Ismael Recinos-Velasquez in November when his girlfriend reported to deputies that he was sexually abusing her 14-year-old daughter. Detectives also received information that he was sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl.
Ismael Recinos-Velasquez is described as a Hispanic man. He has used different names in the past, one of which was Jose Perez-Perez, and currently may be going by Carlos. He is 5’3” tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted on the following charges: Rape I; Sodomy I; Sex Abuse I (3 counts); Sex Abuse II (3 counts); Sex Abuse III (2 counts); Assault IV; Coercion (2 counts); and Interference with Making a Report.

On March 22, 2010, at approximately 3:13 p.m., three males robbed a man of his cell phone and then assaulted him on the MAX Yellow Line southbound between N. Mississippi Ave. and the Rose Quarter. One of the suspects made a statement about having a gun. The same suspect demanded the victim’s property, and then assaulted him along with one of the other suspects.
The victim provided descriptions of the following suspects:
Suspect 1: Black male, 18-19 years old, 5’6”, 180 pounds, medium to stocky build, small goatee, waist-length green jacket with yellow piping, and the word “Brasil” was on the back of the jacket.
Suspect 2: Male, possibly Hispanic, 18-19 years old, 5’7”, thin build, small goatee.
Suspect 3: Black male, 17-18 years old, 5’4”, thin build, wearing a light colored, long-sleeve T-shirt and possibly white Dickies-type pants.

On Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at approximately 2:28 p.m., the Bank of America, located at 7410 North Chicago, was robbed by a lone male. The suspect entered the bank, approached the teller and demanded money before fleeing the scene in a vehicle that belonged to a customer in the bank.
A short time later the suspect crashed the vehicle in a restaurant parking lot at North Columbia and North Martin Luther King Boulevard. Police recovered the stolen vehicle but the suspect absconded and remains at large.
The suspect is a light skinned black male, in his 20’s, 5’7” tall, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing black nylons over his head, a black peacoat, a v-neck sweater with large horizontal stripes, a button up shirt, dark pants and white shoes.

Later that same day, at approximately 8:45 p.m., the Plaid Pantry, located at 10255 Northeast Glisan was robbed by the same suspect. He fled the scene and remains at large.
The suspect is a Hispanic male, 22-25 years old, 5’5” – 5’7” tall and 150-160 pounds. He was wearing a black cap, dark coat, blue jeans and used a blue bandana to cover his face prior to entering the stores.

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in locating a wanted felon.
Paul Evans Winklebleck, 42 is wanted on felony warrants for kidnapping, criminal impersonation, assault, attempted rape and robbery. He is also wanted for child sex abuse and failing to register as a child sex offender.
On Thursday, March 4, 2010, at approximately 11:45 p.m., two women left the Roseland Theatre in downtown Portland when they were approached by Winklebleck who fabricated a story informing the them that he was working for the Portland Police Bureau as a spotter and was willing to assist them in getting home because they might be intoxicated.
Believing his story, the two women agreed to let Winklebleck drive them home in their car because he said he worked for the police and it was his job to get them home. Once in their car Winklebleck displayed a knife, drove south on I-5 and took the Detroit Lake exit, stopping on a gravel road off the freeway. Once stopped the women were able to escape Winklebleck and run to a near by home where a resident called 9-1-1. Winklebleck fled the area and remains at large.
Winklebleck is a white male, approximately 5'11" tall, and has a stocky build. He has reddish brown hair that is short and thick and also a thick goatee and mustache. He was last seen wearing a camouflage or hunting type of shirt or jacket and a matching hat. He also has a tattoo on his upper back “Combative for God” and may be driving a dark green GMC Sonoma pickup, Oregon license plate 289EPF.

The suspect is an older white male, between 50 and 60 years old and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark coat and hat.

On Thursday, January 28, 2010, at approximately 12:45 p.m., the Bowman’s Hillsdale Pharmacy, located at 6526 Southwest Capitol Highway, was robbed by a lone male armed with a semi-automatic pistol. The suspect entered the pharmacy, approached the counter and demanded opiates. When the suspect was told there were none he pulled a gun and demanded that the employee take him to the safe. The suspect then stole two containers of OxyContin and Morphine and $150 from a cash register before fleeing the scene.
The suspect is a white male, in his 20’s, 5’10” tall, with a thin build, short brown hair and a long nose. He was wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a white scarf over his face. The suspect was last seen in a light blue Japanese made vehicle.

On November 4, 2009, at approximately 2:26 a.m., Kipp Crawford, 32, was run over by two cars on North Willamette Boulevard at North Hodge. Prior to being run over, Crawford was seen riding his bike eastbound on Willamette Boulevard, when for unknown reasons his bike crashed and he landed in the westbound lane of Willamette.
Witnesses at the scene both saw and heard an angry altercation between Crawford and the unknown suspect in which the suspect was standing over Crawford as he lay in the middle of the street. Detectives have reason to believe that Crawford was the victim of an assault and robbery and as a result ended up in the street with the suspect standing over him.
Based on witness descriptions the suspect is described as a white male in his 20’s. Detectives would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed this altercation or who may have any information regarding this case.

On Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at approximately 3:00 p.m., Portland Police uniform officers were called to the 4100 block of Southwest Hamilton. Upon arrival, the officers found Nancy Bergeson deceased in her home. The officers notified the Medical Examiner's Office and one of their representatives responded to the scene.
The medical examiner at the scene initially determined that Ms. Bergeson died as a result of natural causes. Ms. Bergeson was removed from her home and was transported to the Medical Examiner's Office. While performing the autopsy on Ms. Bergeson, the medical examiner determined that Ms. Bergeson actually died as a result of homicidal violence.

Suspect number one is a white male, in his early 20's, 6'0" tall and 180 pounds. He has brown hair and a jaw trimmed beard. He was wearing a dark jacket, red shirt, gray stocking cap, blue jeans, and black shoes and displayed an automatic machine gun.
Suspect number two is a white male, 5'6" and 130 pounds. He was wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, a white cloth rag with eye holes cut out, blue jeans and brown tennis shoes.

On Sunday, January 3, 2010, at approximately 6:42 p.m., the Union 76 convenience store located at, 6510 Northeast Mill Plain Boulevard, was robbed by a lone male armed with a large hunting knife. The man entered the store, approached the clerk and demanded money before fleeing on foot.
The same man is suspected of a robbery that occurred on Wednesday, December 23, 2009, at approximately 7:50 p.m., at the B & B Food Mart, located at 8411 East Mill Plain Boulevard. In this instance the clerk was also robbed at knife point and the suspect fled the scene on foot.
The suspect is a Hispanic male, 20-25 years old, 5'8-5'10" tall, with black hair and a mustache. He spoke broken English and was last seen wearing a blue or dark colored hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans or long blue jean shorts. No suspect vehicle was seen or heard at either robbery.
On Sunday, December 13, 2009, at approximately 5:23 p.m., the Pizza Hut, located at 1747 Southeast 122nd, was robbed by a lone male armed with a hand gun. The suspect entered the store, jumped over the counter, made threats and demanded money. The suspect then fled the scene.
Later that evening, at approximately 7:26 p.m., the Papa Murphy's, located at 11635 Northeast Halsey, was robbed by the same armed suspect. In this instance the suspect entered the store, walked behind the counter and demanded money. The suspect then fled the scene in a stolen vehicle. After a short pursuit with police, the suspect then abandoned the vehicle and fled. He later attempted to break into a nearby residence and is remains outstanding.
The suspect is an olive skinned white male, in his 20's, 5'5-5'7" tall, approximately 150 pounds, with a thin build, short curly black hair and decaying teeth. In the Pizza Hut robbery he was wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, a blue baseball cap and dark framed sunglasses. In the Papa Murphy's robbery his jacket was black and orange.
Wanted for Attempted Murder Miguel Torres-Izazaga

The Vancover Police Department, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in locating a wanted man.
On December 14, 2009, Miguel Torres-Izazaga, 19, was involved in a home invasion robbery in the 4200 Block of East 18th Street. Torres-Izazaga is suspected of assaulting a resident of the home during the course of the invasion and robbery. The victim in this case suffered serious injuries as a result of the incident.
Torres-Izazaga is wanted on a felony warrant for Attempted Murder II and Robbery. He is affiliated with a local street gang and has a violent past. Torres-Izazaga may also be using the name "Angel" Izazaga or "Stomper".
Suspects Wanted in Vancouver Theft

On November 30, 2009, Vancouver Police received a call from an employee at Vancouver Oil Company who reported the theft of $2463.06 worth of gasoline from the business. The location of the theft was a Commercial Fueling Network, where truck driver's can fill up their semi-trucks any time of day.
Vancouver Oil Company had received a call from a woman stating she had received her credit card statement in the mail and there were unauthorized purchases made to Vancouver Oil with her credit card. Later, a second person called with similar information and unauthorized charges made to their credit card.
A review of Vancouver Oil's transaction history found there were several transactions made at the listed location with the two separate credit card numbers on different dates and times. .
Vancouver Oil Company also found that the same suspects were up in the Seattle, WA area and along I-5 filling up their semi-trucks at Associated Petroleum Gas Stations.

On Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at approximately 8:48 a.m., the Plaid Pantry, located at 3330 Southeast Powell, was robbed by a lone female armed with a gun. The suspect entered the store, picked up a few items, approached the clerk and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect then fled the scene.
The suspect also matches the description of a robbery suspect from an incident at the Mocha Express, located at 3953 Southeast Powell, which was robbed just prior to the robbery at Plaid Pantry.
The suspect is a light skinned African American female, in her mid-20's, 5'4" tall, approximately 120 pounds, and possibly had green colored eyes. She was wearing a black jacket, black stocking cap and scarf, blue jeans and tennis shoes.

On Sunday, November 8, 2009, at approximately 10:16 p.m., the 7-Eleven, located at 6897 SE Thiessen Road, was robbed by a lone male armed with a knife. The suspect entered the store, approached the clerk and demanded money. The knife used in the robbery is silver and approximately six inches long.
Hours later, on Monday, November 9, 2009, at approximately 2:56 a.m., the same suspect robbed the 7-Eleven on SE Lake Road at gun point. He then fled the scene.
The suspect is a white male, 25-27 years old, 5'05" tall, and approximately 130 pounds. He was wearing a black jacket with white lining, a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and tennis shoes. He also wore a "balaclava" type mask to conceal the lower portion of his face and black and white gloves.

The Milwaukie Police Department, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving an animal abuse case.
On Sunday, November 1, 2009, at approximately 10:42 p.m., Milwaukie Police were called to an apartment building, located at 10489 Southeast 23rd, to investigate a dog that had been found under a dumpster.
While placing trash in the dumpster, a resident of the apartment found a seriously injured small dog that had been placed in a plastic bag. The dog was immediately taken to Dove Lewis Emergency Animal Hospital for the serious head injuries it had suffered. The dog was later euthanized due to those injuries.
The dog was not wearing any tags and did not have a microchip.

The suspect is a Hispanic male, in his 20's, 5'08" tall, approximately 180 pounds, and had a dark colored mustache and goatee. He was wearing a dark green stocking cap, blue jacket, torn blue jeans and tan boots.

Driver & Vehicle Wanted in Hit & Run Death of James Wagner

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in identifying the suspect vehicle and driver involved in a hit and run crash that resulted in the death of Portland man.
On Thursday, August 27, 2009, at approximately 2:15 a.m., James Neal Wagner, 52, was struck and killed by an unidentified vehicle while riding his bicycle. Mr. Wagner was struck from behind in the bike lane near the northbound lanes of 122nd Avenue, just north of the I-84 overpass. The driver of the suspect vehicle did not stop after the collision and witnesses report that the vehicle turned to the west somewhere north of Fremont Street.
Based on witness statements and evidence found at the scene, investigators are looking for a four-door 1988 to 1992 Toyota Corolla (similar to the one pictured) , with the glass broken out of the headlight on the passenger side of the vehicle.

On Saturday, August 22, 2009, at about 3 a.m., Portland Police Officers responded to numerous calls of shots fired in the area of SE Flavel St. and SE 60th Ave. When officers arrived, they found one unoccupied parked vehicle with bullet holes in it.
Officers then began checking for victims, and found Joseph "Joey" Lawrence Erzen, 52, suffering from a gunshot wound at his residence at 5706 SE Flavel St. Police Detectives said Erzen was in his bedroom at the time he was shot, and that the bullet entered his bedroom from outside the home. Erzen later died at the scene.

Jose Francisco-Francisco, sexually assaulted a young girl at a farming labor camp in Cornelius. During the sexual assault, Francisco-Francisco threatened to kill the victim if she told anyone. While in jail on another charge, Francisco-Francisco made several telephone calls in which he admitted to sexually assaulting the young girl. He has since absconded and the Washington County Sheriff's Office has valid warrants for his arrest on the charges of Rape I, Sex Abuse I and Rape II.
Francisco-Francisco is a Hispanic male, 5'4" tall and 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He is from Guatemala and speaks a dialect known as Akateko. He also speaks Spanish and is known to frequent farming labor camps.

On Saturday, August 8, 2009, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to a welfare check at 614 SW Nevada Street, Unit A. Upon arrival, responding officers discovered the deceased victim, Gregory Toeniskoetter, 42, inside the condominium. The Multnomah County Medical Examiner later determined Toeniskoetter died of blunt force trauma.

The suspect entered the gas station, approached the clerk and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect was last seen fleeing the scene on a white bicycle.
The suspect is a white male, 30-36 years old, 5'10"- 6'0" tall and approximately 160-190 pounds. He was wearing a black baseball cap, black shirt, tan pants, tennis shoes and had a shirt tied around his waist.

On July 7, 2009, at approximately 11:48 p.m., Beaverton Police responded to the 8500 block of SW Hall Boulevard near SW Scholls Ferry Road after a bicyclist was struck by a pickup truck leaving a nearby parking lot. The truck and driver were last seen fleeing the scene eastbound on SW Hall Boulevard, leaving the injured bicyclist in the middle of the roadway.
The suspect vehicle is a tan, late 80's or early 90's Ford Ranger pickup with no tailgate.

On Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at approximately 1:59 a.m., the Scoreboard Tavern, located at 2290 Front Street in Salem, was robbed by two males armed with semi-automatic handguns. The suspects entered the tavern and contacted several patrons while inside the establishment. They then stole cash from the business and the video poker lottery machines.
The two suspects held several patrons at gunpoint outside the tavern and stole one victim's cell phone prior to fleeing the scene. The suspects fled in a southeast direction away from the business.
One suspect is a white male, with pale skin, 5'10" tall and 160-180 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans, a black zip-up hooded sweatshirt and a black ski mask and was armed with a silver semi-automatic handgun. The second suspect is a white male, 5'8" tall and 160-180 pounds. The suspect is a black male, possibly in his late 20's, approximately 5'8" tall and 170 pounds. The suspect was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, gloves and tennis shoes.

On Monday, June 22, 2009, at approximately 9:30 a.m., the Washington County Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call from the Pacific Medical Group located at 13240 SW Pacific Highway in Tigard. The caller described being robbed in the Medical Group's parking lot by an unknown male who was armed with a pistol.
Police and medical units responded to the scene and the victim was transported to a local area hospital. Police interviewed several people at the scene, but were unable to locate the suspect and the suspect vehicle.
The suspect is a white, adult male, in his mid 20's, and 5'8"-5'10" tall. He has a thin build, short brown hair and was wearing a blue baseball cap with and emblem on it, a dark t-shirt and pants.
The suspect vehicle is a silver, tan or gold sport utility vehicle, similar to a Toyota 4Runner, possibly with a spare wheel/tire attached to the rear bumper.

On Saturday, June 6, 2009, at approximately 2:52 a.m., Maddy's bar, located at 11252 NE Sandy Boulevard, was robbed by a lone male. During the robbery the suspect smashed out the front door of the establishment and ran in while attempting to avoid the front door surveillance camera. The suspect then jumped over the counter and stole money from the cash register.
The suspect is a male wearing dark clothing. From the surveillance video, it appears the suspect is wearing a black baseball cap, a dark blue or black sweatshirt and black and white shoes.

Amatha Mendive-Boyle was murdered in the early morning hours of November 14, 2008. Her body was found in an alley behind a strip mall located at Southeast 162nd and Southeast Stark Street. Amatha was 37-years-old at the time of her murder and is survived by her husband and their 2-year-old son.

The suspect entered the store and approached the clerk at gunpoint demanding money from the safe. After stealing an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect tied the clerk's hands to pipes under a sink and fled the scene.
The suspect is a white male, in his 20's to 30's. He was wearing a fake beard, hat, gray jacket and silver sweatpants.

On Sunday, April 12, 2009, at approximately 2:11 p.m., the Papa Murphy's, located at 2609 SE 122nd Avenue, was robbed by a lone male armed with a knife. The suspect is seen on surveillance video entering the business, approaching the counter and ordering a pizza. As the clerk begins to ring up the purchase the suspect brandishes a knife and demands money from the register. The clerk is unable to open the register so the suspect demands that the clerk give him the money from the other register at the counter. The clerk was able to comply and the suspect took the money and fled the scene on foot.
The suspect is a Hispanic male, in his 30's, 5'7" and 150 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a mustache. He was wearing a blue stocking cap with white lettering, a blue hooded parka, blue jeans and dark sunglasses.

On Wednesday, May 13, 2009, at approximately 12:01 p.m., Salem Police responded to a call at Capitol Coin located at 4670 Commercial Street SE in Salem regarding a robbery that had just occurred. The lone clerk was confronted by two suspects who used a stun gun to subdue him.
The victim was handcuffed and the suspects then proceeded to ransack the business, smashing glass display cases and stealing a substantial amount of coins and other valuables.
A Forensic Artist drew a sketch of one of the suspects. He is a white male, in his late 20's or early 30's, 6'2"-6'3" and 180 pounds. He is dark complected, with short hair and long sideburns. He was wearing a dark hat, dark jacket, black faded pants and sunglasses. The second suspect is a white male, in his late 20's or early 30's, 6'5"-6'7" and 200 pounds. He has short hair and long sideburns. He was dressed in a similar fashion to the first suspect. A possible suspect vehicle is a red or maroon SUV or minivan.

On March 27, 2009, at approximately 9:27 p.m., Charles Bruce Mills, 38, was hit and killed by an unidentified vehicle while walking on Highway 224 near Highway 211. OSP troopers and medics found him deceased in the Hwy near milepost 24. The unidentified suspect vehicle was last seen heading westbound on Highway 224.
OSP is looking for a white, 1992-1994 Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable, with right front and right side damage. Evidence indicates the suspect vehicle has a broken right front corner turn signal lens cover and the right side view mirror glass is broken from the casing. Investigators believe the mirror casing is intact.

On Friday, March 20, 2009 at 10:43 a.m., Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Patrol deputies responded to a reported shooting at the Willow Creek Apartments, located at 3644 SE Westview in the Oak Grove neighborhood of unincorporated Clackamas County, just south of Milwaukie.
Upon arrival, responding deputies discovered the deceased victim, Joseph Patrick Haley, 28, inside an apartment. Investigators say two male suspects came to the front door of the apartment, knocked on the door and barged their way into the residence. Only seconds elapsed before one of the armed intruders killed the victim inside the residence. The two suspects reportedly fled the scene immediately and responding deputies were unable to make contact with them.
The two suspects are black males, 6' to 6'2", with large builds, wearing white puffy jackets with hoods.

September 1, 2008, Lane County Sheriff's deputies responded to a house regarding an armed suicidal man. Nathan Dix, 31, exited and fired a shotgun at deputies who returned fire. Dix was arrested and went to jail but got bailed out and failed to appear in court.
He and his girlfriend Annie Jo Welch, 31, have not been seen since December 24, 2008. Oregon State Police responded to a call of a suspicious car at the Cape Perpetua Lookout south of Yachats, Oregon, December 30, 2008. The car was a 1991 Subaru Legacy registered to Welch.
DIX is a white male, 5'07", 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his chest, back and arms. His right arm may have limited use because of injuries sustained in the September shooting. Dix may be armed and and should not be approached.
Welch is a white female, 5'08", 120 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes and a tattoo on her right breast displaying clouds and a half moon.

On January 1, 2009, at about 1:30 a.m., a 27-year-old woman was assaulted at the City Sports Bar in Downtown Portland. The victim was inside the club dancing when the suspect smashed her in the face with a glass and began beating her. The suspect may have been aided by at least one other person. The assault opened a cut on the victim's face requiring 37 stitches to close.
Investigators believe the suspect was with a group of at least 3 other women. The suspect is described as a black female in her twenties, medium build, 5 feet two inches, wearing long curls. She might have a tattoo on her right upper arm. The suspect may have been assisted by a black female in her twenties who is about 4 feet six inches with a heavy build, and straight black hair. A photo of the suspect and her companion, who may have been involved or simply witnessed the assault, shows them as they appeared at the club at the time of this incident.
The suspect and her companion may live in the Portland metro area or the tri cities in Washington.

Portland Fire and Rescue, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, are asking for your help in identifying an Arson suspect. On October 20th, 2008, at approximately 9:51 p.m., a three-alarm fire was reported at Cascadia Behavioral Health Center, Garlington Branch, located at 3034 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. A joint fire investigation involving Portland Fire and Rescue's Fire Investigation Unit, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Portland Police Bureau Detective Division determined the fire to be intentionally set.
Damage to the building and its contents was in excess of one million dollars. The fire also displaced all the Cascadia Health Care workers who were assigned to the Garlington Center as well as all the clients it served. Investigators believe the suspect or suspects may have been familiar with the Garlington Center, the alarm system and methods to access the building.

On Monday, January 12, 2009 at approximately 9:55 a.m, a home in the 2300 block of Southeast 139th Avenue was burglarized and the homeowners caught the suspect on tape. The surveillance tape shows the suspect walk up to the front door, ring the doorbell, discard a cigarette and then walk around to the back of the house. The suspect made entry into the home through the sliding door, setting off the alarm. The suspect was scared off and left without taking any property. The suspect is seen on tape leaving the area. Investigators believe this suspect may be involved in several burglaries in the area.Suspect is described as a white male, late 20's to early 30's, stocky build, short brown hair with a receding hairline and a goatee. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt over a light-colored sweatshirt, dark shorts and white tennis shoes. Suspect has a large distinctive tattoo on his left calf.

On Monday, December 15, 2008, the body of 67-year-old Howard Curtiss Howard Olson was found inside his residence located at 121 Northeast 143rd Avenue. The cause of death is homicidal violence. Olson was a local glass artist and had a studio in his residence. He was well known in the art culture both locally and nationwide.

CAR JACKING SUSPECT

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in finding a car jacking suspect.
On January 24, 2009, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a lone male carjacked a 73-year-old woman in the area of Southeast 82nd Avenue and Southeast King Street in Clackamas County. The victim was leaving Maddy's Deli, located at 10405 Southeast 82nd Avenue, entered her vehicle, a cobalt blue 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser, and was sitting inside when the suspect approached and physically assaulted the victim. The suspect forced the victim to the passenger side of the vehicle and drove the victim around for more than an hour before dropping her off in the 800 block of Southwest Broadway Street in Portland. The victim suffered significant non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect is described as a white male, 30-40 years of age, 5'8" tall, average build, light brown hair, and wears eyeglasses. Suspect was wearing a black knit cap with a yellow emblem on it and a dark jacket.
WALGREEN'S ROBBERY

On Sunday, November 23, 2008, at 11:25 p.m., the Walgreen's pharmacy, located at 940 Southeast 39th Avenue was robbed by a lone male armed with a handgun. At approximately 8:30 p.m., the suspect is seen on video walking through the store and contacting an employee asking for assistance. The suspect loitered in the store for more than an hour. Surveillance video caught the suspect walking back into the store at 11:24 p.m. The suspect walked to the pharmacy where he jumped the counter, confronting the pharmacist with a handgun. The suspect forced the pharmacist to the back of the pharmacy and demanded opiate drugs. The pharmacist filled a store bag with bottles of Oxycoden pills. The suspect fled on foot out the front door.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 30 years old, 6 feet tall, approximately 230-240 pounds, wearing a white baseball cap with a "New Era" brand sticker on the bill, a black-colored rag on his head, a white long sleeve T- shirt, faded blue jeans, white socks and dark-colored shoes.

On January 12, 2011, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the suspects robbed Cooper’s Coffee at 6049 Southeast Stark Street.
On January 23, 2011, at approximately 9:30 p.m, the suspects robbed a patron at the Checkered Flag, located at 7483 Southeast 82nd Avenue.
On February 1, 2011, at approximately 7:17 p.m., the suspects robbed Rose City Tobacco and Pipes, located at 729 Southeast Morrison Street.
On February 2, 2011, at approximately 9:08 p.m., the suspects robbed Ed’s Deli, located at 3534 Southeast 52nd Avenue.
On February 6, 2011, at approximately 8:20 p.m., the suspects robbed Dominos Pizza, located at 453 Northeast 70th Avenue.
On March 2, 2011, at approximately 10:36 p.m., the suspects robbed Ed’s Deli a second time.
On March 28, 2011, at approximately 12:45 a.m., the suspects robbed the Shamrock Tavern, located at 4919 Southeast 82nd Avenue.
In many of the robberies, the suspects are armed with black handguns. The suspects are described as two black males: # 1 is approximately 5’8”, 170 lbs., and #2 is approximately 5’10”, 200 lbs.
Possible suspect vehicles include a late 1980s silver Toyota 4-door and/or a dark blue 1990s two door, possibly a Dodge Neon.
