Wanted Suspects
The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public's help to identify the pictured individuals.
On Saturday, June 21st, 2025, at approximately 12:00 PM, the two pictured males used multiple stolen credit cards at the Portland Jantzen Beach Target. The individuals purchased a Sony Playstation 5 with the credit cards, originally stolen in the morning hours from a vehicle parked at Portland's Delta Park. Please note the suspect in the green Quicksilver sweatshirt has the pictured tattoo of possibly a cat or a star on his left hand. Crime Stoppers of Oregon offers cash rewards of up to $2,500 for information reported to Crime Stoppers of Oregon that leads to an arrest in any unsolved felony crime, but tipsters must remain anonymous. Portland Police Bureau Homicide Detectives are requesting the public's help in identifying an unknown male in the attached photograph. On July 5th, 2024 a fatal shooting occurred at NW 3rd Avenue and NW Everett Street in Portland, Oregon and the pictured male is suspected of being connected to the shooting. If anyone has information concerning the identity or location of the unknown individual, they are requested to submit a tip to Crime Stoppers of Oregon. Tipsters who remain anonymous could be eligible for a reward if their information assist in the capture of the individual.

On October 7, 1986, Leslie Charles Dawson escaped from the Oregon Department of Corrections’ South Fork Forest Camp in Tillamook, Oregon. Dawson was serving a lengthy sentence for Rape and Sodomy after his convictions in Linn County for abusing his teenage step-daughter.
Dawson has connections to Plano, Illinois; Los Angeles, California; and, New Orleans, Louisiana.
